Meat Image is an innovative addition to our Beef Score system, utilizing machine learning to analyze ribeye images and detect characteristics such as marbling, meat color, fat color, ribeye area (REA), and backfat thickness (BFT). Conducted through a mobile device, the process ensures a precise and reliable evaluation.
The accuracy of Meat Image comes from the rigorous training of our algorithms, allowing the identification of key structures from a carcass photo. This ensures a detailed and high-quality classification.
With real-time measurement algorithms based on computer vision, Meat Image offers speed, objectivity, and transparency in meat evaluation and classification.
