How do the collected information become useful and accessible to the supplier?

STEP 1
BEEF REGISTRATION

The data from the slaughtered batch is entered into the web platform (Beef Registration), linking to Beef Score and Beef Report.

STEP 2
BEEF SCORE

Beef Score receives the information from the registered batch, issues real-time scoring, and informs the classification of beef carcass quality, in seals of 3, 4, or 5 stars. The carcass information, industrial processes, and scoring are sent to Beef Report.

STEP 3
BEEF REPORT

Beef Report transforms all collected information into graphs and PDFs, tabulating the classification results of animals evaluated in real-time for each producer. This system generates intelligence and support for decision-making.

BEEF ORIGIN

An added value that enhances your product. Beef Origin adds value to your business, providing information on animal production practices. With the help of livestock farmers, we can identify meat traceability, bringing information from the production system such as genetics, management, feeding, etc.

STEP 5
BEEF FEEDBACK

Beef Feedback was developed especially for producers. Through it, it is possible to track and compare the performance of each animal, batch by batch, through graphs and spreadsheets of all evaluated characteristics (e.g., ribeye area, subcutaneous fat thickness, and marbling).
