Through technologies like BeefScore and Meat Image, we perform detailed carcass analyses, ensuring high-quality products. The 3-star seal symbolizes meat suitable for everyday use. It is issued when the carcass reaches a score between 46 to 63 points.
The 4-star seal indicates "very good" meat for consumption, when it reaches a score of 64 to 77 points.
The 5-star seal guarantees the 'excellent quality' of the meat, scoring above 78 points.

O selo 3 estrelas, simboliza a carne boa para o dia a dia. Ele é emitido quando a carcaça atinge uma pontuação entre 42 a 61 pontos.
O selo 4 estrelas indica uma carne “muito boa” para o consumo, quando ela atinge uma pontuação de 61 a 78 pontos.
O selo 5 estrelas garante a “qualidade excelente” da carne, contabilizando pontos acima de 78.
